  1. Ok Guys and Gals, What is in your CD/Mp3 player right now? And I mean what are you currently playing in your car. Right now I have Meet The EELS: Essential EELS Vol. 1 in the CD player as I'm to tight to splash out for an Ipod.
  2. Lots of recommending though, already drank about 6 bottle of this stuff.
  3. lol, don't most browsers have build in spell checkers nowadays??
  4. In my experience that engine flush stuff only makes things rattle more, I would just drain the old oil, fill with new good quality stuff and crank the engine over for around 30 seconds with the coil pack disconnected to pump the oil all around the engine.

  10. I absolutely love rado's, had a G60 a few years back but I had nothing but trouble with the electrics on it. Oh yeah and I killed it by driving through what I thought was a large puddle a bit to fast and hydrauliced it. Turned out the large puddle was in fact a 8" deep ford.

If I remember correctly the second fan is connected to the first by a belt between the two.
  12. It went back together pretty easily, I used a paint pen to mark the cam positions relative to the head and chains so that made things a lot easyer. as for the condition of the engine, it could do with a good steam clean but apart from that it doesn't rattle or make any funny noises. next on the list are some new drive shafts as they knock lick mad when pulling away at over 3/4 lock
  13. So here are the pics I promiced, once I had the head off I didnt realy take any more because I got carryed away and the MRS was on my back to get it done.
  14. well everything went well with only a couple of hickups. took me 9 hours in total including fitting the new manifold. my only real problem was getting the injector seals to sit properly. Ill put pics up tomorrow as I'm bloody knackered now.
  15. Well today I'm going to have to change my head gasket, its been on its way out for a while now but its slowly letting more and more oil out and uses around a pint of water a week. So I've ordered and received the parts and now is the time to get it done, I will take as many pics as I can and see about putting together a guide for the site. Cheers Dave
  16. I would have to say 100mph in an old ford is risky on its own lol. The Americans really kicked up a stick in the 60 about how they kill more than they save, but at that speed he is indeed very very VERY bloody lucky
  17. Motorsport do some uprated ones but they are expencive and I would think they are a little to solid for road use. Clicky
