    Mods have started with wheels and suspension. Cogs are turning in the source for more power. Think i'll have a look at brakes too over the winter.

    I don't think it can affect the Haldex but more likely where the drive shafts engage due to differing angles. Haldex is straight inbetween prop shaft and diff.

    You certainly have an eye for detail and automotive skills. Must cost you a fortune to come over to the mainland for tuning.

    I think i've read somewhere that the 4motion diff oil is different to the Haldex oil. There is something on the forum so i'll have a look. Not too sure on the syncro though. Maybe VRSick will know as he has had a syncro before.

    Sounds more like you have an intermittent earth or a poor earth within the fuse box. I'm no expert but if you start to remove fuses to pieces of equipment and try to replicate the fault. You can track down faulty area's of circuits quicker. I'm sure someone else will be along soon with other possible idea's. Tonyvrsc would be a good person to speak to ref guides and chains.

    My 4mo golf ran a 15.88 in standard form this year factory standard. Gonna use that as my baseline before it gets modded.

    Sorry to have to say the mk2 is no more in that setup. I just thought it was a fitting tribute to add it to the end for such an awesome car. Sorry for any confusion.
