    Spoke to a guy at the Guildford meet last night and he rolled his arches by: placing a jack handle between wheel and arch and rolling the car back and letting the metal handle roll the arch as the car moved. To say I was shocked was an understatement but in conversation with others more than one had done it. Has anyone else heard this?

    As a temporary measure "O" rings reform if you heat them up in a cup of boiling water. Might buy you a little time until you get it replaced.

    People who think their indicator gives them a right of way and not an indication of what they would like to do. People who slow down to join a motorway instead of speeding up to match motorway speed. The congestion you get around highway patrol vehicles where people think they are Policeand slow down only to then speed up when they read the sign on the back of the patrol car. The amount of people that swear in public when i've got my youngsters with me.

    That was what I thought Nat. Short but good description and 4 or 5 pictures and locked from comments. Would be a nice thing to have aswell as winning show and shine or best modded and be a record of the top cars in the club.

    Some people have told me that lowering up to 40mm on the 4 motion is not a problem but after that then you have to use drop links. I ordered my AP coilovers this morning and even though there are drop links in the kit I was told I wouldn't need them. Is this right or a load of chutney? Any other considerations as I would like to lower about 60-70mm, apart from speed humps that is?

    How about using the feature cars section and keep it locked from comments as a reference to the awesome cars within the owners club. Maybe start with Jakes mk2 or the winner of this years Billing meet. It would be a good window on the club for visitors.

    A sponge holds the dirt and worse still the grit on it's surface which then puts very small scratches all over your paintwork. A lambs wool mit holds the grit between its fibres and away from the surface of your paint. Why go to the trouble of claying, polishing and waxing your car if every time you wash it you cover it in scratches.
