    Cheers mark, yea Paul is a bit of a local legend really. Need to get a gasket set and manifold now along with oil and coolant. I can see the car taking shape now tho. Got some Matt black paint on order to.

    May have to get one for when i get spacer plate fitted seems as manifold will have to come off anyway.

    Little update now. Went to pauls on sunday and got the rear axle bushes fitted. With pauls expertise we had the rear beam off changed bushes and back on in around 3.5hrs inc tea breaks lol Car has has full set polybushes, disks and pads all round, stainless steel goodridge hoses all round and new calipers within the last month.

    Im pretty sure they are a direct fit someone will confim. It is advised to heat wrap it though so you dont start melting things in the engine bay.

    Looks,like auxiliary water pump and it should be plugged in. Have u got a pic zoomed out a bit.

    Powdercoating down south is £20 a wheel for 17inch. So £40 seems way to much.

    If it overheated you may have warped the block so it would need skimming otherwise the headgasket wont seal properly.
