  4. Unlucky. I know so many peoply who have done exactly the same thing.
  5. I personally wouldn't pay that much for them wheels. You can get a mint set of used BBS alloys instead which suit the MK3 alot more.
  6. thanks for the reply. hmm never mind not a major issue anyway so i think il leave it.
  7. anyone else got any ideas on what could cause the vibration?
  8. so could be the leads thats causing the vibration?
  9. Had to ressurect this old thread as im having this exact same problem. When i hold the revs at around 1500rpm, there is a constant vibration along with exhaust popping. The vibration/back popping disappear at 2000rpm onwards. It's just mainly at 1500rpm. I fully serviced my car in January along with news spark plugs. The new spark plugs which i had put in were mistakenly sprayed with WD-40 by my dad, but i dried them up with a cloth, but not sure whether that still could be the prbolem? I never really noticed this problem as iv hardly ever revved my engine on the spot so really don't know how
  10. I had supersport coilies on my previous vr. Mine were damping adjustable and i always had them set on the hardest setting. The ride was very very bumpy but pretty good for racing. I didn't ever adjust them out of the hardest setting so i can't say what they would be like other than the hardest setting.
  11. thats not too bad. better than nothing. who keeps the lights?
  12. ESET Smart Security. Definitely the best iv had. Iv also had ZoneAlarm, Mcafee, and Norman. ZoneAlarm is my 2nd favourite. But ESET is defo the one to get.
  13. If you don't have proof of postage then you will always lose. But because you did have proof of potage, it's your job to claim off royal mail not the buyers. Anyway, i received a letter from parcel force today regarding the lights. They attatched a questionnaire which they want me to fill in and send back to them so that they can investigate and make a decision on whether it was their fault or the sellers packaging. So, obviously i was peedoff bcuz this investigation would clearly go past the deadline for which i could escalate the case to a claim. So i rang ebay, told them what happened, and
  14. thanks for the advice. Il give paypal a call soon.
  15. good stuff..il give them a ring on monday so they can't say i didn't give the seller a chance.
  16. so what about when you get the cams? you going to map it again?
  17. I bought a pair of Hella lights recently for £170 + £20 delivery. I received them broken. I started a dispute on paypal with the seller. The seller blames the courier and refused the refund. On 13/05/2009 he says that the courier will come and have a look at the damaged goods and then the refund will be sorted, however, the courier will take between 7-10 working days. The 7th working day will be tomorrow (22/05/2009) with the 10th working day being next wednesday (27/05/2009). Anyway 27/05/2009 is the deadline from which i can escalate the dispute into a claim. So im planning on giving it un
