    Well i always take a day off work to ring insurance companies when it's due... frankly last couple of years Direct Line have been the cheapest by far for me... I'm 33 now but i pay £240 fully comp. But the drawbacks of the policy i have wacked my excess up to £500 and i have no fancy extras no hire cars nothing it's basic as chicken soup I have no engine Mods only run bigger wheels everything else standard...     I wonder.. how close our relitively standard VR's match up against newer all singing dancing hot hatches... my old K reg RS2000 that was flowed and cam'd never felt as punchy as the VR which is an M reg

    Still on my First VR.. dropped on by chance mate leaving UK for Australia got mine with 80k on clock for £750 notes since then i've spent about 2k all in on bits and Bobs and it's still sucking the Pennies from my pocket... But saying that i used to be a BMW nut ... they weren't helpful VW owners are super friendly (well most are ) and helpful too...

    BBR still exist in a way but it's now under the Name STAR CHIP... and the ines on Ebay from Poland / Greece use this as the template.

    Never noticed your location ! dead close.... Did you keep the splitter even if it was half started ?? Would you consider a swap plus cash for the rear spoiler too ???

    I bodged a temporay place which has turned out to work quite well... I took the orginal indicator sprayed them black and recessed them into the lower grilles either sode of the main opening...

    Very nice mate... I've been to scared to try the carbon skinning for spoiler and splitter let us know how it goes with them if it's not too bad i'll bite the bullet and try myself...

    G60 box... but they are a fair penny !! although DANH on here builds them for less than the going rate all new bearings etc..

    To perpatuate this argument ... i drove from Guildford in Surrry to Haydock Park oooop north today in uder 3 hrs .. M6 was pretty busy . I was driving the Wife's Seat Leon Cupra R and rinced this Civic Type R who thought he was a big man up my chuff for 30 miles... from Oxford Incidentally i saw going the other way this good looking light baby blue Mk3 with chromed rollcage mmmmm wonder who it was ! ? Can't possibly of been Ben ???? lol

    Custom code do a deal where you get it mapped at stage 1 ... when you need to get it mapped again because you've added cams or turbo/charger then you get 40% of the stage 2 re map and same again for a stage 3 map ... Makes more £££ sense and repeat business to get a deal like this ..

    Having read the cam buy threads several times it appears that 268's are what people recomend for NA engines but £168 is a steal... Although fitting is quoted at around £258 ... I'd save some pennies and have my mate DANH fit mine ...
