To be honest i'd be friend a scrap dealer and ask him to let you raid his stock... see what you can scavenge look to obvious donor cars like the evo and Scooby brigade.. not so obvious like Rovers etc and just build up your stock part by part.... Good luck keep us all posted ..

Right i need to know for sure if you have a decat pipe fitted will car fail MOT emissions test ? Only ( again reading Redline ) the R32 on page 83 had it's cat removed and replaced with de cat pipe and it passed emmissons test is this total horse do do ??? I know all the malarky that surrounds the Lamda sensor etc etc... I just want to know will my OBDI VR6 pass emmisions if i de cat it ??? Thanks

As title says anyone know what the safest useable BHP that can be had for the N/A route ... It got me thinking as i was looking at page 82 of latest Redline the R32 there is N/A ... and wondered Ok VR6 OBDI is older has half the Valves but surely something like 300BHP is possible and usable for a Daily ??? But here's the handcuff's i don't want to do a Schrick inlet...... ha ha ha Skim head Flow it Cams De Cat Exhaust Filter Power Pulleys ECU remap = 270 BHP ??? and good dose of Nitrous at 50hp jets = 300 BHP .... Would that little lot require bigger injectors & uprated fuel pump ????

have you got pictures little hard to picture what you mean... in the wing there should be a plastic nub with the fine thread taps into also.. well did on mine...

Hell yes it passed MOT... and got them for FREE !!!! inc gauges of another member... JASON who's soon to be leaving VR6 ownership Notice the New shiney starter button in dash too.... yummy...Couldn't put them where Matt did as i just built another unit ..

Well as oil is held in the sump it's only sensible there's oil there... honestly u need to get a look in person at the car pref inspection pit of on ramps...

Saunders sounds like your more taken aback by the torque the diesels put down than the top end.... As for Bigger fish... couple years back i was doing a ton 40 back from Glasgow 2 miles of lovely down hill tarmac ... I was passed like i was standing still by a Range Rover Sport... To say i was shocked is an understatement.
