  1. oops those pics were a bit large, better resize;)
  2. nice looking car, engine bay looks v.clean:)
  3. looks like she'll clean up nicely, is it just me or is the rear silencer slightly wonky?? ...and invest in some back-to-black, she'll look much better once that plastic is black:)
  4. not a problem tbh, i had a mk2 valver on 17s about 8 years ago so i knew what to expect, but with the vr's soft suspension things are still quite civilised atm... the caverns beneath my arches will have to go tho and with coilovers im sure it will be bone-jarring
  5. i have exactly the same concerns with 17" audi wheels, the back arches look ok but the front looks like its gonna rub in a major way
  6. mine never reaches full even if u give a couple of extra clicks on the pump when filling up, after about 5 miles on a full tank the gauge will read 7/8... once u have got used to it its fine, just a matter of knowing how to translate your particular gauge.
  7. i think on the later cars its an all in one unit ecu and pump which would be under the bonnet probably on the bulkhead...but someone with a later car should be able to confirm this????
  8. yes theyre in the hub, theres more than one type of sensor so make sure u get the right one. if u have the same abs ecu as me (under the back seat) its very easy to locate the sensor, u can just flip up the back seat and follow the cable from the ecu thru the floor to the back hub. be careful on the removal cos they are likely to fall apart as u try to take them out leaving half the sensor stuck in the hole. if this happen s it should be possible to line up the wheel bolt hole with the sensor and use a screwdriver with a hammer to knock out the remainder, but its a tricky operation (trust me i
  9. yeah i have a set of caps but i havent put them on yet as either they or the hubs need modifying
  10. that looks the nuts, hope u r friendly with yr local MOT inspector;)
  11. i have a set of colour coded bumpers in the garage atm which i am smoothing (when i have the time) and then thinking of dearching, altho i dont mind the plastic trim too much as long as its kept black not grey. grey plastic just looks nasty
  12. hopefully i should get my hands on some coilovers within a month or 2:)
  13. ....and now i cant stop looking out the window at my car, seriously the damn things like a magnet for my eyes, anyway heres how shes looking now (can u tell im loving it??)
  14. Yeah but theres no way that Ecclestone is gonna take the points away from Hamilton
  15. LHD is not to like:( apart from that its all good:)
  16. all goes to prove that money cant buy good taste....
  17. lmao a 100000+ mile 1.6 with no tax and mot where do i sign???
  18. surely by that stage it should be you looking in your rear view mirror??? btw nothing chavvy about debadged grille:)
  19. it is done with the brakes, thats why the option is "edl/abs" if u end up fiddling about with the abs ecu like i had to u will see that it has edl written on it as well as abs.... tbh i dont think ive ever had it kick in during road use, it was mighty handy in helping me get out of the glastonbury carpark (or muddy bog) this year:)
