    Looking good Mine's one stage along from that in that I've done the top flat bit too Need to get it pro polished somewhere though! Will have an alloy rocker cover coming my way soon so will do the same to that!

    I'd try swapping for another known good coil pack, they pop up on ebay for 50 or 60 quid and if it's not that, put it back on the bay and get your money back

    Anyone got any pics? There's a round rubber grommit behind the expansion tank that looks to pass into the pollen filter area and then there's a major one below with a few other wires in it. I took out the lower glove box but couldn't see where it would come through... TIA

    Seconded - to stop the butteryfly icing and sticking - air in it will not be heated as it won even be in there for half a second!
