if you mean the switching point its set manually in the little black box you can set it to whatever you like it uses the rpm signal from the ecu the flap actually splits the inlet manifold in half below 4k rpm (the stock switching point) id be mildly suprised if the pressure would knacker it for 2 reasons 1 shouldnt the pressure be roughly equal on both sides?? 2 vortech chargers make fairly low boost at lower rpm mine is 12 psi and makes about 5 psi at 4k rpm
