Got a bit of small dent on front drivers side nr headlight. bit of rust on leading edge of bonnet and on bottom part of front doors and the usual rust on tailgate on rh side bottom of window - mine aint too bad really - looks real nice after a zymol wax!

I exactly wot your saying! Mines a bit like that - 140k and things are starting to go wrong! But i've just bought FK coilovers, new wheels, the £2k stereo is going in on wednesday, i'm getting new mk4 lights and its getting the archs rolled and a respray, then it will be 17's and who knows what next? Wouldn't be without her now!!!

I was looking round our local halfrauds the other day (ripspeed section) and noticed some of the fairly nice seats they are flogging - has anyone put any different seats in there VR? I was going to go the leather highline route but they seem to be a bit like rocking horse sh*t! Any good sugestions ( for seats not finding rocking horse sh*t!)

I've got 6.5x16 on mine and had to grind about 3mm off the caliper to get them to fit. they do look a little bit lost under the arches but i don't get any rubbing at all And it been lowered! Just got to fit my FK's next! -

I did think my head gasket was leaking (slight oil film in water etc..) could this be the problem? I'll get the tests done asap!

Got a set of 6.5" rainbow vandium comps and 2x12 alpine d series subs to put in mine along with alpine headunit and 12 disk changer and amps and sound deadening .......etc Just aint got the time at the moment!

I'm thinking of getting a shrick soon (possible group buy???) but i've noticed my car is burning quite a bit of oil (now i've got upswept pipes i can see the blue smoke behind me when pulling away sometimes) Should I get a new engine/recondition my old engine and leave the shrick for now or should i just get the shrick and hope the engine lasts a bit longer before getting it sorted at a later date? :? I don't think i can afford to do both at the same time! But I don't really want to miss out on the group buy again(if it happens of course) Also what are the sypmtoms of worn bores?

I only do about 150 miles a week to work and about 300 miles of just driving about enjoying the sound! lol

I get you now!!! Nice one! Cheers for selling the exhaust btw - its like a different car now! only downside is i'm using a hell of a lot more fuel cus i love the sound it makes when you put your foot down! !amazed

Well an update! Got it exhaust fitted today (bell's in swindon) cost me £150 for a s/s straight thru pipe and all to be fitted (very well i might add) Can't believe the difference - sounds lush!!!!! !amazed !amazed
