    what i got in mind is.....front ABT spoiler, SWG side skirts. I dont know whether to change or add a different lower lip on the rear bumper or just colour code the existing one. At the moment its just a black trim at the bottom rear. I need sum ideas

    but then again.....lookin at your car (binliner) and jonsvr6highline, some cars look the biz with a drop and some nice lookin alloys. You dont need to fap about with different bumpers and flushed tailgates.

    actually, SWG are the only ones ive come across, that keep their bodystyling parts nice 'n' simple. Their 'smooth look' front and rear bumpers are worth considering. Those are definitley on my list.

    I couldnt really find nice bumpers for the mk3 golfs, so my mind is on getting a descent looking splitter for the front, swg sideskirts, and a lower lip for the rear bumper. drop it with coiovers, and a set of 17" chromes. Ive seen pics of mk3 golfs loaded out with flared arches, chunckybodykits, flushed tailgates. I mean....is it all really worth it??? Flared arches do look good, but the bumpers that come with them are totally shite looking. I was wondering if........AC schnitzer parts like their splitter and rear diffuser could go on the mk3 golfs. Their stuff is really nice, it doesnt look

    what about sebring. Ive heard they are quite good. Good results in BHP and dont sound too rude boy-fied! They quiet expensive though.

    i was on www.vr6.org for a while. Its ok if your in america, because alot of people were from the states. So they used to chat about how to tune up VW's in america. If i remember correctly, i think i was one of the very few from the UK. I was on google, just checking for information on the Vr6 tuners/info in the UK, and this link came up. Ever since, ive been on it everyday.

    do u know wat??, some technician mentioned that to me! He poped the front bonnet and pointed to 3 electrical blocks (connectors) on the right hand side of the thermostat housing. Taking his advice, I went down to my local vw dealership and ordered a reverse light switch. When i came to pick it up the next day, it was nothing like the item that the electrician had pointed to. What i had ordered was a reverse light switch, but what the technician pointed was something else. VW dont refund electrical items, so i held on it. Any ideas where the reverse light switch goes??

    yeah i think autos have that stupid annoying restriction placed at 130mph. It doesnt go beyond 130mph/5500 rpm

    I visited my local ICE dealer a while ago to get a quote on sound. Though there was a lot to choose from, i settled for the full JL audio setup, either with the 12" W6 or W7 sub. I asked him about the rattling from the boot or anywhere else. He said Golfs/Polos all round make good ICE cars. Not much rattling to be noticed. In noticed a few cars that have loud systems, but the rattling from the boot just ruins, it kills the sharpness of the bass. Anyone put a sub in their boot? any advice?

    0-60 excellent, 60-100 OK (nothing special), 100+ sluggish. Judging from what ive said, would it correct to say the mid range and top end needs to be improved???

    as i said, pulling of from standstill its a beauty! but I feel like i dont get SAME pickup or power after 70ish. Beyond hundred its crap! After the 100 mark The vr6 power is no where to be seen of felt. LOL!

    thanks for the reply mate, i guess your right. i find the car excellent to drive when pulling off. Its very good from standstill. i have no complaints there. After 70ish mph, the fun kinda dies away unless if i start using gears 1,2,3 manually.

    Ive noticed recently my window fuse keeps. Its quite annoying that VW decided to run the reverse lights, electric mirrors and electric windows all of the same bloody 10amp fuse! Its been hapening since last november. The fuse blew again last night. Its really wierd. When ever the fuse blows, i rumage my hands through the wires behind the fuse box, put a new fuse in, then everything starts working again. Its stays ok for 4-5 weeks then it starts blowing again!

    ive been looking for the chrom tailpipe trims. This would be the thing to do, but i cant source the same size from anywhere.

    U can understand where im coming from when i say... Idont wanna spend the money on the supercharging, only to realise afterwards my cars a ticking bomb when i put my foot down. hmmmm.....just had a really wierd image in my mind. A fireball shooting down the A4/M4!!!
