    Just a Dastek wont give you much of a power gain, maybe a smoother pull up the range but not alot, it really comes into play when you have other mods though... The Phirm are highly recommended as well as Stealth Racing (http://www.stealthracing.co.uk) I cant say I've had much dealing with AMD (apart from when they tried to sell me an enlarged throttle body for my OBD2)

    I've just sent my wheels to fat wheels in kent. they picked em up and will bring them back to my door for an additional £65 (should be cheaper if your in london tho) as I'm all the way from stoke... if that doesnt help ya, www.yell.com will

    one of the reasons I stick to 16" alloys mate! 15's are horrible if you have high profile tyres on em so 16" is a good compromise with a lower profile tyres without affecting looks too much...

    I got my VR6 when I just turned 19, if the insurence wasnt enough the bloody petrol costs were! Lukily, I have quite a good job. but have noticed over the last month that £20 of BP ultima doesnt get me that far.... I'm assuming prices have gone up? When I drive steady (motorway driving) I can get 30MPG easily.... but when driving around town/stuck in traffic I've had it down to a mere 6MPG!
