Big update time! Finished off soundproofing the boot. Still to tidy up the wiring a little. I went for silent coat sound proofing. I also purchased two new gearboxes. I now have 4 lol The first one is a drp code off the 2.8 v6 4 motion, it has the um mount and blanking plate etc already The next is an erf code from a 4cylinder diesel. The gearing from this will be going into the drp as it's much longer gears and a very high top speed. Mk4 driveshafts to go with new gearboxes, drivers side has been shortened by 45mm to fit mk3/mk2 Clutch and flywheel next to go with the o2m box Helix 5

Certainly is good stuff, wish I'd bought this when I first did the gearbox oil. Leather door cards fitted Cracked on getting the new door cards fitted this morning. Wasn't a bad task as I'd had a couple of them off before to replace a window regulator and check some wiring. Broke a couple of the plastic fittings but that's to be expected on 15+ year old components. Biggest ball ache was properly fixing the spade connectors on one of the front aftermarket speakers.
