If its only been on a little while taking it off won't damage the paint, use a hairdryer and credit card to remove the bubbles but vinyl carbon looks cheap and nasty mate and doesn't fit with the rest of your car which you have done so well !! I like it but feel there are jobs left to professionals such as vinyl and wheel refurb. Guna get the wheels refurbd properly towards the end of the year and get a few bits resprayed.
