the noise was the haldex needing a service!! coilovers on pay day and wheels!

i won't need to clamp the spring if removing whole unit? also picked it up today but its making a rubbing noise at Low speeds, worse when on full lock, sounds like its from the rear? i know it hasn't been driven for a while.

any tips?? undo the top mount bolts then should it pull out of the hub??

i've heard something about the arb as well...? and using a spreader tool for the fronts?

collecting it Tuesday so I'll get some pics, been lookin at coilovers on ebay, gmax or fk? only after something to get me going! what's your views? easy to fit?

cheers guys, is there different engines like the mk3? obd1 an 2?? in the mk4.. i would rather just fit a homeade manifold or something then faff buying another head

how much boost you can run on either a turbo or charger with no head spacer

not sure what 8-10psi makes on them engines??

ok mate, so very max 10psi unless lowered comp? an what size injectors?

is that for a turbo? or doesn't it matter whether its a charger or turbo? i thought turbos were more aggressive?
