Well after a busy day at the shop, and with loads of help from Stevie, Dave and Dean we transformed the poor powered 1.9d to a petrol pumping vr6!!, started first thing about 8am with both cars almost complete, as I had driven the van down this morning, and went from there, story pics

In answer to questions,

We used the vr's hydraulic clutch, there were grommets in the van and the pedal had the slot for the plunger already, prob one of the easiest bits...

The fuel tank and lines were swapped out for the vr ones too.

And lastly it took me ages to find this van, travelled over 900 miles to get it, looking better than it did in the pics, now runs smoothed wings, genuine us front bumper and has a us tailgate waiting to go on aswell as new rear arches, then hopefull the 9x16 brock b1s will fit.

Cheers folks.
