You camp on top of the hill at this show and have 360 degree view. Yeah the roads there are smooth. They put England's roads to shame.

It's in North wales Loads of traders Club stands Show and shine etc Things for kids to do ie bouncy castles etc. And really good scenery. Also on Saturday evening they do a Coast run (cruise) Inc camping it's £15 so compared to elsecar mega meet at £10 for a couple hours it's a cheap show to do. Also it's 100 times cleaner than vw festival at Leeds. Well worth it to go to. Any interest for a club stand ?

I like easy fixes. Got my passenger fog light working. And also while I was at it I changed the passenger headlight as it wasn't projecting the light. Also changed my gear gaiter for a leather one which is tidier.

Been looking into the interior. I'm not a fan of leather but since it's a gen vr I'm going to be putting it in but won't be till next year and will be special. Seen some blue leather fronts seats out of another car and will just retrim the rears.

Hopefully I'm going to be able to level the front end up. (I took the coilovers off my old b4 TD and the vr must be a lot heavier as it look wonky looking at the front) All ready for getting the tracking done tomorrow.

Do a 1000 mile in this now. All smiles Got my vr6oc sticker the last week and need to get it out on once this rain has stopped so I can was the car. And think of a suitable place.

I'm fairly new to this site and I have a vr6 Passat which isn't really covered on here but the amount of knowledge and help on here is outstanding. (I already know about the car but it's the engine I needed to know about) I always search for the answers to my question first but If i can't find the answer I ask. Not just post a negative comment for the first post. So to the op don't jump to conclusions. And ask the questions you require the answers to.

Sound i suspected that the cts's we're at fault Previous owner put cheap ones on from Gsf. I'll get some gen ones to replace. Thanks bud.

How offen do/should the fan run. Mine seem to start running at around 80 and turn of after the over run when the ignition is turned off. I'm thinking something is a miss here but I don't know these engines

Daveyboy td the hockey puck thing Which I'll look into cheers. I'm not a fan of leather but at some point I'm going to look at the interior after a year or so. Oh yeah need to change the awful wheels lol
