Which cams should I go for? I've never tuned an engine before and this Vr is crying out for more power. I will be turbo'ing it within the next couple of years (need to save up or start buying parts) so need some to run n/a and suitable for turbos too. Thanks.

As title Mines rotted away on the passenger side but could do with both rears just in case the other one is rotted too. Mines a b4 Passat but hopefully mk3 golf ones will fit. Cheers in advance

On Sunday I had a 100 mile trip back home from all types and most of the way I was the wrong side of the national speed limit having some fun with a few cars on the roads. And still managed to get 34 mpg which is the highest I've had. Was expecting 25. So bonus.

The the purple haze smells fantastic. I left the applicator pad out and it's sented the room. The beeding is three coats. I can't wait till its painted now.

Nah not yet. This engine all had 109,000 miles on when I got it and it seems strong upto now.

I read half that. It went on a bit. Lol Interesting though. I just want some discs and pads putting because of a judder under breaking (only slight) but also to get rid of the break squeal (leave the squealing for women). Send me a pm for the prices please.

I have standard size discs and pads on my Vr6. I need to change them soon as one disc has a slight warp. So which discs and pads are people using. Also with regards to the 312mm discs will the standard calipers fit the TT carriers. The rims I have on are 16" Audi TT speedlines of the quotro so should be ok on size hopefully. But for now mostly the discs and pads I need Thanks.

Nah keeping with the 12v maybe 3.0L turbo If engine dies then maybe a 24v I only want the stage 1 just to keep up with my mate. Lol

c00k what's the difference between the the normal purple haze and pro ? (I am going to google it) To answer my own question its durability.

I might try the blue haze next. But going on the 250ml tub I have it might be a while lol Once it's painted I'll do a proper detail on it to protect the paint.
