Well I put 165/45/16 tyres on the front now and need to space them lol but all's good no catching at all. Now the down side. Had the fronts moved to the back and when the tyre fitter took the rims off he couldn't fit them on the front. As the spigot part of the spacer came with the wheel it had snapped off the spacer. So I have now had a refund for them and gone to another place to get some more 15mm hubcentric spacers. So now a pic with 15mm spacers on the rears and 5mm on the front with 165/45/16 tyres on the fronts and 105/45/16 tyres on the rears Just waiting for the orange caliper pa

Tailored cars mats arrived and fitted. 15mm hubcentric wheels spacers arrived and on my way to fit them (note to self : need to get lower car jack) Still to arrive - caliper paint Dodo juice wax And tyres on Saturday. So I can do the other two rims. Pictures to follow.

Catching on the arches. Probably get traction issues but I don't really drive it that hard. I didn't take into account the wider track on the front of the Vr so the ET of the rim pushed it out. I will be getting the arches rolled at some point, probably when I get it painted. So then I'll fit the 195 back on.

Put two of the r protectors on the front two which will become the rears when I get the new narrower tyres fitted next sat then I'll fit the other two. I'm trying to get some orange paint for the callipers to get them to match which the rims won't look out of place then. Also still waiting on the spacers and I've also got some tailored mats coming too. Not to everyone's taste but they do the job well and easy to fit.

Got some 15mm spacers on route. And just ordered some purple haze wax. And two 165/45/16 tyres since the 195/45 catch like hell.

Ordered some narrower tyres for the fronts so they shouldn't catch then once they are fitted.

I like the rims. But now there on I don't think they look right. They'll do as winters though.

Yeah had my alignment done supposably. But didn't get a print out.

Got some 15mm hubcentric spacers coming now for the rears. Hopefully that will help turning in on corners.

I'm not struck on them now that they are on. I don't think they work. Too modern a wheel for the car. I like the rims just not keen on this car. But they'll do for winter rims.

Well I couldn't resist any longer so I've put them on. Just need to change the tyres now. Which will be this week

Cleaned them up and polished Need a refurb as some kurbing but going to put rim protectors on. For now then refurb them for next year. But for the price I paid can't grimble at all. I've seen ones in worse States go for mor on eBay.

I have a '95 Passat b4 vr6 (obviously a Vr lol) I'm wanting to poly bush mine and found a full front end kit for £94 for a mk3 golf. Don't suppose any know if the mk3 poly bushes fit my b4. I know a fair few parts are interchangeable but not sure on the bushes. Need to sort the handling out as these are too nose heavy for my liking and which is coursing too much under steer.
