Just had an mail back confirming order and saying they will be posted out on the 5th of jan when they start up business again. I need a decent 5 channel amp for my system now.     Is that for a mk4?? Try turning your ignition on to 1st stage with doors closed. Obviously you sat in it and hold the fob button in for 5 seconds. If I remember right the central locking should lock and then unlock which resets your fob. If the fob has two buttons then hold both in together. Another the other hand when it's a flip key this normally works for most years and models of VW. Just FYI for those that may encounter key fob issues after replacing the battery: Yesterday, I noticed the one of key fobs stopped working (2009 Tig SEL).     I'm gonna have quite a few bits for sale aswell mate when I get round to sorting them out. I've still got the hub centric spacers and extra long studs and locking nuts. Plus a couple of good radios and me comps. Ermmmmm got a Sony minidisc player aswell and some other bits.

    Well don't go out and buy the shims pal because if I don't come close to the arches you can't have the set I bought. I won't use them pal if I don't need to. I'll know more next week when my wheels come.

    Absolute quality pal. Hey they don't look to bad for width seeing your rears are 10J. Camber needs sorting at the front aswell mate unless your on uneven ground. I like them mate.

    True mate. That little bit of extra rubber goes along way. Lol. Ermmmmm do you think I'd get away with 205's on them rota's? Rimstyle have sent me an email this morning saying there not prepared to stretch 195's over the rims and risk damaging them. Lol They will however send out the 195's with the wheels but will take no responsibility for incorrect tyres fitted. Hahahahah.

    This can be done if you've got lots of patients. Haha. You need to swap everything from one seat to the other. I did this in my colour concept as the leather was in poor condition. It took days. Full swap over of leather covers, foam, heat elements and looms. All I can say is........ Good luck. Haha

    See my comps have 205/40's on and still show a slight stretch. This wheel malarkey is doing my brains in J. So if I get these and run 195/40 they won't have mega stretch will they pal?

    Yeah mate defo well clear on the fronts. I actually like the tt comps on my car and if the rears didn't rub I'd send them away for a top strip back refurb and keep them. I had them powder coated in a bright silver and although there not perfect they do look good. I'm lost now pal. So again do I go with 205/40 tyres on the 7.5j's or drop to 195/40's??

    I found this if it helps..... Adjusting GTI-VR6 cable shift linkage for perfect shift alignment. This whole procedure only requires 1 or 2 end wrenches and some time. You can't really do any damage so don't worry about that, but also don't feel like you have to settle for "barely good enough", when "just right" may be achievable. Let me make the terms I'll use clear first. shift lever = lever inside the car with shift knob tranny lever = the *actual* shift lever directly attached to the top of the transmission left = counter clockwise - when I'm talking about tranny lever right = clockwise Fi

    Would running 10mm spacers help?? My TT comps have loads of room up front pal. I wound my coils all the way and the fronts were totally clear. On the other hand my rears rub like y-fronts on a hot summers day. (So Bealieboy told me) haha. So what wheels can I get what won't rub. And I don't want full on stretch pal.
