    i have just changed the oil prior to santa pod tomorrow, i got oil and filter from vw. but the filter is wrong and as vw parts shut at 12 i cant go in, and the filter was a special order any ways. i have an abv engine and he gave me filter number 021 115 562. in the box is filter number 021 115 561 A and the one in the car was number 021 115 582 B. one in car was plastic and white (now black) filter part with all genuine vw markings. the one i got is metal with yellow filter part. the old one the hole through the middle goes straight through and the new one it doesnt so the insert from t

    i can confirm you will need 2 22mm spanners and a 13mm to adjust it! and alot of skin on your knuckles as i know have none left after slipping off once!

    i wouldn't say camber being out would cause veering! if your rear axle has been off it may of not been alligned 100% correctly of re-fitting. but that wouldn't effect camber only way to adjust is with shims (proper ones or thin washers)

    i'm doing this in the morn as the garage said they are too coroded for them to do it w/o removing my wide wheels and then they would charge through the teeth so i got to slaken them of for them! i will take a note on all spanner sizes and report back for you paceo

    ahh right!!! thats a real shame as veiwing it on the internet browser aint really that good it arranges the site really long and thin!!!

    i just paid for and installed this on my android phone, its a brill forum app works really well. it is very well laid out and easy to use. but two problems i've found. 1 being this forum isnt registered to it!! admin here's the link (its free) http://www.tapatalk.com/plugin.php and 2. edition 38 just makes it freeze when i try and log in. but dubworks runs really well. has any one else got this (for iphone too) and can you get on to edition?

    lotus elise in great yarmouth fully painted up in cop colours, and their is a tommy makkinen (red with white and black stripe) evo. they circulate it from force to force we had it in boston a couple of years ago pulling all the boy racers over.

    could be your coil pack starting to degrade. oil light would flash due to oil pressure not getting up high enough.

    he poss filled upsystem with engine cold once you ran it and it warmed up the thermostat would open and then the water level would go down. obv not a very good mechanic if he didn't even bleed the system propely.

    i was going to waxoyl the whole car once i have sorted it out, i got a lance so i can get in all the sills chassis rails and anywhere else i need to.

    their is a meet in spladings royal mail cart every second sunday of the month from 3pm in the winter and 5pm in the summer. would be nice to see some off you their.

    what came of this as i have simular damage but the metal has split and started to rust so will fail mot. i was thinking of pulling out and welding the split the painting. or will she just rust back through?
