    i once had a so called pro cover for a car i had it was breathable , but it still rubbed the paint and built up condensation , my view is leave it uncoverd and just clean it as you would if you were on the road with it , open the roof on sunny days , handbrake off , i know its your pride and joy but it was built to be out side . haveing said that if you can get a lock up go for it !

    on a serious note can anyone recomend someone to remap it for me , i would prefer not to have to travel too far south , maybe the midlands is as far as i want to travel

    thats why i need a remap i dont think my electric charger is pulling well in the mid range

    i was thinking of 16" audi wheels and a new set of snow tyres , the wheels ive got on now are not super rare or expensive there just a pig to clean

    did the 4 mo have 16" or 17" wheels as std , if i put 16" allround will it effect the haldex in anyway , im looking at a rough set of alloys for the salt/snow

    i remember the manifold on my 73 beetle freezing because the pre heat pipes from the exhaust were blocked and it was only october time ! why is petrol cold ?
