Toxicarea

A picture from when i bought the Golf back in 2005.
Since then there have been a massive overhauling that more or less ended with new paint 2010, L041 incl clearcoat.
Over the years i have:
-rebuilt the head
-timing chains
-painted gearbox 
-changed heater matrix
-changed interior for the Edition
-Cab mirrors
-shaved side repeaters
-shaved spray nozzels on the  hood
-shaved emblem/wiper trunk
-changed headlight x3
-rewrapped all cables around the motor
-changed rear lights x4
-changed all glass in the car to CL glass, no tint
-shaved schrick manifold, all internal refurbished
-2,9 throttlebody
-strongflex bushings front/rear
-coilovers Patec
-oilsump with reinforcement 
-braided brake lines front/rear
-shortshift from gema front/back, own side2side
-exhaust from supersprint
-ported exhaust manifolds
-moved intake temperature sender to behind right headlight

There is so much done to the car that listing everything is not possible because i cant translate all into English(my bad)

The E30 is diffrent, i dont want to change to much as the car is what it is
But that one starting to get all the small updates to, it´s in my nature
This winter/spring adjustable toe/camber in the rear is on the list.
New fuel pumps and hoses around the tank.
Restoration of the leather interior.
But i will try to not make to much in to little time as i plan to have this one from last year -->

Yeah well this e30 was bought by my best buddy back in 1999, at the time it was hennarot and 2000 the car was undergoing some restoration that was some minor rust repair and a colorchange.
Color that was chosen was Nogarograu.

Since 2001 the car has been of road in my buddys garage.
I bought this last year in january and started to make it "my own" in march.

I love them. I went on to get a E36 M3 evo in estoril blue and then a E46 M3 smg with a AC Shnitzer performance pack also estoril blue

Absolutely beautiful. I love E30 M3's. I sold my e30 m3 about 14 yrs ago for I think it was for £7500 you can put a 3 in front of that now should of kept now

Holy shit that's a stunning example of an über rare car now, hats off to you for that, I bet that cost a bit in such good order!

More progress today, Finished fitting the front brake setup.
312mm vs 288mm Discs

All fitted

Tried a wheel on to make sure clearance was ok

Had to get the mk5 oil filter housing and cooler mounted up which is not a simple task due to it fouling on the front engine mounting bracket, Luckily my mate Ross is also off this week and gave his help and got stuck in, Alot of trial and error and patience saw it bolted up in place perfect, Pics dont really show just how little room there is.


Then time for the manifold to be fitted, all studs removed and cleaned up first prior to installing,


Tried the inlet manifold on.


Started refitting the engine loom, Alternator and injectors all plugged in



Then got most of the engine loom in position and test fitted the throttle body, Maf and Forge intake
