    many thanks lukey your a star, yes have checked pas oil and is not green as a matter of fact its not red either, :S its more like a dirty clear fluid, so god knows what`s in there, think best it should come out sooner the better, saying that ive had vr now for 3/4 years now and never changed this oil + never had any probs, so the sooner the better before i do i say,,lol the pinkish red water ive seen on the pipe in question must be thermo/housing, crack pipe area, will have to check this out, thanks again will let you no how i get on,

    how do i empty the system, is there a bung or plug anywhere, plus when ya say flush do ya mean empty system fill with good empty then fill again with good, how do ya flush - turning the steering wheel left to right on full lock, is this the way to bleed too, how do you no when fully blead, sorry for all the questions,,, lol
