    i work 4 on 4 off 12 hour shifts so will not get to every meet, if free i will attend, how about the last w/end of every month,

    every now and again when flicking through forum pages - comes up as error page not found server to slow, not a problem as when click on page again all ok, just never happed before,

    when first had vr used 5w someting and always topping up every 2 weeks or so - now use 10w-40 and all ok no oil loss at all, think next time oil change due will be popping over to gsf, thanks vr6oc,

    jesus diddent expect a reply like that ben lol, lots of great big long words that never seen or herd ov before, but all makes sense thought castrol was not a cheap option though,
