if you have been driving on a loose bearing before it was tightened it would off probably been ok for short while but the damage would have already been done and if the tracking was set when loose once tightened it would be out
im still running the standard mani,down-pipe and de cat but a couple of weeks ago i took every thing out from the cat back and got magna flow to supply all the pipe and bends in 2.5" for less than a £100 sounds and feels wicked.
used something sim but it didn`t come out as well as that even when i had two done a couple of weeks ago on mine by professional company it wasn`t all that
thinking about ramping up the power on my vr but dont know where to start first i want to take engine out and do a full rebuild on it im not looking for pod power on this one about 300 bhp ill start another project for that later,,any feed back would be great .
I have 35w 60000 hids fitted to my vr (dip beam) but when i turn just the side lights on the hids start flashing like srobe lights but when i turn lights on (side and dip) they are fine,,,can anyone shed some light no strobes though lol...
i had this prob there are two oil presure switches on the front of oil filter housing theese might be faulty ones low presure and other high i think gfs do them but i got 4 faulty ones from them vw in end
ive just ditched mine all i did was take glove box out which should reveal a line of bolts along the bottom edge of the air bag unit undo theese and it should just come away fasia with air bag conected
i changed my thermo the other day without taking the bumper and rad off took about half hour 3 allen bolts if you get stuck for a starter motor ive got brand new one i can post to you its in for sale thread..
