  6. i took mine off the other day to replace the heater matrix if you just want the dash out its a row of 8 mm bolts all along the bottom edge off dash and screws behind all the bits of pop off dash blanking bits and under the scuttle panel you take off the wiper motor to get to one 10mm bolt and next to the cabin filter another one if you need to take out the frame behind the dash ie: for h/matrix its the two star bolts either side in door shuts ther are bolts behind the heat sheild on the bulk head by the down pipe if you want to talk to me about it you can call me on 02380320080

  13. you can use one of your wheel nuts with a ring spanner

  15. after you fitted matrix did you use original hose clamps (vw) or jubilee ? sorry the reason i asked i over tightened the jube clips it deforms the plastic pipes which was loosing about a litre a weekand couldn`t see where it was going..
  16. i dont know of any reason why the pads would overlap maybe get some more pads and see if its still like it if it is then check out the disks are the right ones? because the pads are overlapping the disks they are not going to give even pressure on the disc face and you will end up with uneven wear on pads and discs...

  18. the pads should be nearly flush to both inside & outside edges not overlapping ?
  19. ok then, i just thought when i looked at bungys map it went quite far up the M3 must ov been half asleep lol
