    VR6OC Peeps

Howzit Folks, Right l am moving on to the final stages of putting the VR6OC flyer together for this years annual meet and for a touch of the VR6OC love for the car l am looking for 3 high res photos of members rides, as l am sure in this lovely weather they will all be gleaming Mk3 - straight shot of the front - VIW28 Rado - angled front shot (from passenger side wing) Mk4 - angled front shot (from drivers side wing) - spadam If that makes sense? if not let me know and l will find similar shots with the angles l am looking for as examples. Once l find the 3 l am looking for l will pm my ema
  5. will jump on it when l get home tonight Pete
  6. Uh ok with ya dude, lm not planning to run massive boost to start with but l will have a look to see what they are good for before a need to upgrade. You're still running a stock inlet right craggsy?
  7. I wasn't planning on changing the inlet manifold to be honest buddy, as l have heard it is good for up to 450 bhp and l will be running an intercooler which should help Yeah its a T25 flange but I will prob have to get it changed to a T4 flange or get an adapter plate made up as the turbo l want has a T4 On-Center flange, .85, A/R Turbine Housing, but will see what happens lol On a side note has anyone on here had any experience with Remflex gaskets? It seems pretty good.
  8. Cheers Craggsy. On a side note what boost controller are you using buddy? This is the one l have brought Bungy, nothing too fancy but will do what l need it to (l think lol) Cheers UM, I will be getting hold of you in the future for the mapping once l have got everything else sorted if that's alright? as l hear you are a coding wizard I have a hell of a lot to do before then mind :/
  9. I thought they might be till bungy explained it now l will be looking for some bigger ones lol looking at some from deatschwerks at the mo Thats a good point dude, because if l cant drive it to get it mapped l will have to sort out a mate to trailer it for me :/
  10. Turbo just trying to work out price and suppliers ect.. at the moment but its looking good so far, although my brain is melting lol
  11. legend! cheers dude will keep that in mind I was looking at the Ev6 440cc green top injectors as l believe they are direct fit, but will have a look at the 12v setup too and might have to look at slightly big injectors as well lol
  12. cheers Bungy, that is very helpful! I am just working on a possible plan to go FI at some point and just trying to get some of my facts straight
  13. Ok just after a little info, what bhp are the injectors and fuel pump rated to on the 4mo's? So l guess the question is, theoretically at what bhp would you say you would need to upgrade the injectors and pump? Thanks in advance
  14. Hiya buddy, I got a set of FK street coilovers from performance 3000 a few months ago. They are cheap, but ride and build quality are good, I have had no issues since fitting
  15. you getting forgetful in your old age there craggsy, with your 3 identical posts lol
  16. I changed my aux belt and pulley bearing ( to a UM one) about 2 weeks ago and it was pretty simple, 30 min job, I would say printing the belt routing off the web makes things easier Although l didnt remove bumper or lift it, just turned the wheels out full lock and could get to everything l needed, but yeah not a great deal of room lol
  17. I didn’t have a bearing puller when l did them (unfortunately lol) but being a bearing tool it should be fine l would have thought buddy
  18. Here hoping for you dude Did you order the Hubs as well or just the bearings?
  19. Even with them feeling pretty secure l would still guess this is a wheel bearing issue. I had to change one of mine recently and it looked fine and was nice and tight but changed it and the noise is gone so it was the problem on mine. I suspect it might be the same for you?
