    Hi all check the spark plug and coilpack sequence and I am still having problems. I've also checked all hoses related to the Schrick. I check vag.com and got the below errors 00533 - Idle Speed Regulation: Adaptation Limit (Add) Exceeded Possible Symptoms * Bad Fuel Economy Possible Causes * Air Leak between Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor and Engine * Injector(s) faulty * Fuel Pressure Regulator faulty * Throttle Body faulty * Intake Air Filter dirty Possible Solutions * Perform Throttle Body Adaptation * Check Hoses and Pipes to/between Components * Check Int

    So did new plugs and leads resolve the issue?

    I havent yet. Going to get an C2 ECU first then wait for the Cams.

    We fitted the Schrick this afternoon and the car is running extremely lumpy. Things done. 1. Sequence of the HT leads attached to the coil pack. 2. Changed the spark plugs 3. Refitted the old manifold back on 4. Removed the schrick completely 5. Let the car run for 10mins with both the schrick fitted and the old manifold fitted after disconnecting the battery. 6. Fitted HT leads correctly She seems to pull ok when you give it some beans but especially in 1st and 2nd she seems to hesitate in low rev's?

    Sounds like a great recommendation rosserooni. I will defo go for the AP's. I think I will sack the ECU upgrade for now and put money into AP's.

    I got a 60mm lowering kit if you are interested? Its made by Venom Motorsport but looks like Spax rebranded. 6 months old and have the receipt? AP is owned by G-Werks and I also heard its rebranded KW!

    Hi all, I am about to put some D90's on the girl and am looking at some coilovers for £300. I've been looking at AP but they are well out of my budget. So FK AK Coilovers look ok? Does anyone have a recommendation or experience with these?

    I would suggest Matt Lewis Racing, hes on ebay and can do a deal for cash. I saved a quite a bit.

    Thanks Karl, I have just bought some 15mm for the fronts and 20mm for the rears. I am thinking 195/45 on the 7's and 205/45 on the 8's?

    Just bought 15mm FK adaptors for cheap money. I am thinking of using these for the fronts?

    Hi Guys, I have just bought some 7's for the front and 8's for the rear! I am looking at adapters but have no idea what sizes I need? Does it depend on the ET?
