    Ok Ben, I am 90% going to be on normal roads. So if I don't use the oil cooler it makes sense to use decent 10w40 oil, so wheres the cheapest place to get Quantum?

    I am looking at Oil Coolers currently at the 13 or 16 row with thermostat housing. Does anyone know if the heat exchanger cap is plastic or metal for 97 plate OBD2? Also is a 13 row good enough for a forced inducted VR running around 300 BHP? The chap says a metal one is required to work with a Mocal kit!

    Thanks both Kev and Dave. Hmm I am confused. From what I have read it would seem that a remap could achieve the same goal but the wideband lamba will give me more info in terms how the car is running e.g. lean, rich etc.... I am feeling this is good tool to have to at least to monitor the fuelling, the last thing I want is the engine going bang!

    I am doing some research into forced induction and am wondering can anyone advice or share there experience please on changing injectors I am looking at 0280150431 which are from a Saab 900 Turbo. The info I could find (http://users.erols.com/srweiss/tableifc.htm#BOSCH) find 0-280-150-431 # LB/HR: 34.15 # CC/MIN: 358.9 I read that these red injectors are good for 340 bhp at 3 bar! I am looking at 325bhp but do I really need to upgrade my fuel pump to a 4 bar?

    EBC Red Stuff Pads for the Fronts fitted today, I got to say they look good and do the job. Only a 1000miles to bed them in. The braided hoses and pads have made a huge difference but I think it should be firmer!
