    Front engine mount Gearbox mount Rear engine mount top Rear engine mount Rear engine mount with the skimmed bit The skimmed left over I checked the measurement at it seems 10 mm has been removed from the top of the rear engine mount!

    The rear engine mount has been skimmed by around 7-8mm does this prove to be any issues if I fit it? I am worried about the angel of the drive shafts and putting stress on either the engine or mounts???

    Ok next update. I got three fast road Vibra-Technic engine mounts to fit. Should take a few weekends due to family time. Having a VR is like a drug. I need some help?

    I am just about to get three fast road engine mounts. I am wondering is this the best way or to put the front on and sell the remaining. My car is a daily driver so I don't want too much vibration in the car. I have spoken to a few people and they suggest front Vibra competition and standard rears. Whats your thoughts?

    Its on its way out, cannot complain its the original clutch and has done 93,000 miles!

    I am looking at replacing my clutch! I want an uprated clutch for my stage 1 rotex supercharger upgrade next year. I have done some "googling" and sachs seems popular but I also want a clutch I can live with as a daily drive?

    I had some "VW Performance" stickers on the back that came on the car when I bought it and I have removed them but there is still residue and its starting to piss me off. I have washed it, used white spirit and still the bloody stuff is there. Anyone got any tips or advice?

    Grill has been sprayed. Pearl Black centre slats and Mystic Blue bottom slat. Pearl Black wing mirrors. Looks awesome. Thinking the roof needs a point job in Pearl Black but dollar is well and truly spent. I still need to fit the vr6 badge and give the girl a good clean, so this weekend hopefully,

    I have temporary had to change the front end while it gets sprayed. Took a quick pic with the polished VR6 badge. Looks good so looking forward to getting the grill back sprayed up. Centre slats will be piano black and the bottom slat with be mystic blue. I am also going to get the mirrors spayed piano black as well.
