    Also when taking off the throttle body of the Schrick, I noticed one of the bolts was rounded off as in the Allen key in the middle. I know its a 5mm, so if i use a 6mm and hammer to gently tap the socket in, would this be ok? I really dont want to fu*k it up!

    Hi Guys, I checked the HT leads and they seem ok. I spoke to Tony and booked some time with him to take a look. I am going to wait a week for all the parts for the schrick to arrive. I got new throttle and manifold gaskets. I will most likely fit the AP suspension in a few weeks and the D90's are coming off to save some money as well. Its not all bad at least I hope if it is then its going to be sell the mods I guess. So no VR for a week. Hey Pete I am looking forward to hearing about yr corrado project.     Thanks Guys. For your support and advice. I have a plan put on the new oem throttle body and lower manifold gasket and try again if this fails. Then Schrick off and back to standard pending on Schrick Gaskets and a good clean with polish.

    Damn I am a broken man, the Schrick is off tonight pending all new gaskets.

    Hi Admin which gasket at the front? Does anyone know if you can use an OEM gasket?

    The response from FK. Hi Martin, FK12211 = M12 x 1.5 21KE (KE = Tapered Head Bolt) FK12212 = M12 x 1.5 21KU (KU = Round Head Bolt) I would have no idea what bolt you would require. You would need to measure and figure that out. Questions I would ask if I was trying to figure out what bolt I need would be. · Thread / Shaft Bolt Length: · Type of Bolt Head: Example: Round Head / Tapered Head / Short Head) · What Size Bolt do you require e.g. M12 / M14 Then once you have these questions answered then either you / me could figure out what bolts you require.     Good point I will get on that tomorrow. I know its hard to say but does anyone have D90's with 15mm spacers with 21mm wheel bolts? If not I better get a ruler out, its true its not always about size???? lol

    The silicon sealant was on it when I bought it. Its been on for a while. I have contact G-Werks for a complete gasket kit for the Shrick. Is the kit OEM if so I can get from TPS? What about the gasket between the tube thing to the manifold which is currently connected with silicone. I am sure that's not on the standard one. United can you help?

    Thanks United Motorsport. I can only think of three gaskets. 1. Throttle Body (Bolts were cracked but where tighten again) 2. Manifold Gasket (Reused existing) 3. Between the tube things and the Manifold. (Silicone sealant)

    Is the inlet valve between the fuel rail and bottom right of the Schrick or does it relate to the vacuum bottle?
