    mine were all set and ready to go and ive had them in since may and had no issues at all... craig and tony both run them, and ive noticed no difference in temps... if there is then its not a problem...

    i run these ones... http://www.mister-solutions.co.uk/bkr7e-ngk-spark-plug-153-p.asp good quality and cheap, had no problems at all and im running a standard engine. they are the same as the expensive ones, they just run one stage colder, but you dont notice it at all... :)

    i work ar at a place called aes (aerospace engineering solutions) based near stansted... we just took on 2 grads aswell!! doh!

    Ahh dont be so gaaay!! you can tough it out im sure... just wrap up in some sleeping bags, its soooo worth it, the weekend experience is far better than just a day visit! :)

    adrian flux did me a good modified policy this year but last year i was with sky n they were great.

    My mk2 is on a classic policy with hic and my vr is insured through Adrian flux on a modified policy. Sky insurance do the same and all give discount to premium club members

    well they agreed the value on my mk2 as £1500 (even though i only paid £500) without seeing it, i just had to send in pics and describe it, but i dont know if every insurance company is the same...

    just request an amount that you want to agree, they will ask for a list of mods and 6 pics of the car then you get a certificate... but i have gone down the 'modified policy' route.. this is where you list every single modification on the car (including make and model where applicable) then if your car gets written off you get the money for the car as std, then you find out how much it is to replace every modification listed and they will pay out for that too so you can fully rebuild your car. even if it had a 10 grand custom paint job they would have to pay for that too... worth considering

    your chains may not need doing, they only need doing if they are rattling.. and lucky for you, you are close to one of our vr6oc moderators, who just so happens to be a mechanic that has done loads of chains (including mine) for a very reasonable price and can prob help you out with the rest too... it looks like a gorgeous car, if it were me id stick with it, but just do what it needs, dont throw £100s at chains if they dont need doing... anyway, send tony a pm and he'll be able to help you... http://www.vr6oc.com/user.php?id.5258
