    Yeah see this guys one, he has gone with darker lights and fogs, and it just makes it all look a bit more complete, i know the car is the wrong colour, but shows that black wheels work better on the obd 2 models. (he needs to do his side repeaters too tho) lol. Def put some pics uo when you're done....

    ahhh well if they're being done professionally then you should be fine. On a personal note id probably go with gun metal as black is quite harsh, esp if its shiney, if you're going for a matt finish then id go black, but thats all just a matter of taste really.... then possibly go with smoked fogs and side repeaters just to tie it all in a bit better....

    yeah i think soo too, esp on the OBD1 version with the black arches, if you have an OBD2 i think it would look a lot better....

    yeah im the one that handbrake turns into the parking space at the end... true class... ;) I cant believe how some of them are allowed on the road. shocking but hilarious!!

    Its in the process of going through now, but im not 100% that they're gonna pay out. They say they have to have been notified of the pothole and then they are allowed 'reasonable time' to fix it. if i hit in inbetween that time or before they knew then im f****d. Plus they have 3 months to give me a response and its been over a month so far and all ive had is a letter to say they will look into it. Its cost me more to get my wheels back than it did to buy them in the first place! how mad is that!!

    sod the merc, you have your VR and thats a lot better!!! :) you should feel lucky i got a 1 litre AUTOMATIC nissan micra for a courtesy car, i could have cried, i looked like noddy!! lol. But did make me really appreciate how much i love my VR. :)

    oh i havent got the balls for that! I would like to go as a passenger, but even though i do love a good old burn about i in no way think my skills would be any good on track.... i used to mechanic for a supersport race team, and when i saw the bikes racin for real up close it was enough to put me off goin on a track for life, my vr is too precious to stick in a gravel trap, or even worse an armco barrier!! Did you go?

    hahaha, na he aint actually (he drives a Golf mk4 1.8T) And i werent lol. i thought he was gonna burn off when we got out of the 30 limit as his driving through the town was so erratic, so i was ready for him to go, as it turns out he decided to drive nice and slow on the road with no houses, cars, or children, which doesnt really make sense... great bit of road aswell (when it doesnt have holes in) i wasnt that close anyway, i aint a d**k head.... lol

    as if you just said that!!! True statement (but im an exception ) to be fair it was one mutha f****r of a hole and it was right in my wheel line, i was following a blue Bmw 5 series at the time, didnt see it until bang, too late, teach me to try and push someone along for a play.... lol. (oh and i told my mate about where it was and he did the same and totalled one of his wheels 2 days later on the same hole.... so could say.... MEN DRIVERS lmao)

    hahaha, yeah mate, no problems other than totalling two wheels on a pothole, but that aint nothin to do with the pressures, just bad luck!

    Just stay well clear of potholes! I learnt the hard way that 40mm really aint a lot of cushioning!!

    Hey, i will give a bit to this too.... my mum is going through chemo at the moment for lung cancer (she's only 50), and i would do anythin for them to find a cure, just a shame it wont be in time for my mum, but hopefully with people like you doing this they may get there one day and stop others going through what the sufferers and their families go through. Good luck with the race.

    Hey mate, its called the camshaft breather valve, its about 70 quid from VW but ford do exactly the same for a galaxy (ford part number is 7364573) its only 20 odd quid.
