  1. Wow long time since I updated this! All is running fine now at 11psi ,goes like a scalded cat and sounds increadable! New seats ,,heated ,electric recaros... Will update more soon but currently putting up a garage for it to live in..

  3. I really don't know ,if it was a vac leak it would be a low lumpy idle wouldn't it? Just messing with the maf now as I think it's getting turbulence from the turbo,also reason it would start and cut out was the maf was pointing in the wrong direction..

  5. I now have a starting reving vrt,,,,only now it idles at nearly 1.8k ,!
  6. Sorted,,well alignment is done ,thanks for the offer tho Luke, still wouldn't run so changed maf this made it a little better ,idles fine now but as soon as I accelorate it bogs down so need to look into this now,,

  9. Got the corrado all back together now,only problem I have now is that my copy of vcds won't do throttle body alignment

As a title says I have swaped my vrt to obd2 ,on standerd ecu it started and idled perfect,I then put my c2 chip in and now when it starts it cuts out unless I hold the revs to 1k ish, Should the throttle body be re adapted to suit(how do I do this?) or do I have a bigger problem? I have no fault codes appart from lambda as it is currently disconnected, Thanks
  14. You could just fit an immobiliser emulator ,costs a lot less that having it removed,
  15. Well bm turbo swap is all done and have put about 500 miles on it and all is well, had a little panic as on the first drive I couldn't see anything behind me for the smoke! But that soon cleared.. On to the corrado, I've put all the obd2 stuff in and couldn't understand why I had no fuel or injectors until the saviour in the form of rubjonny ran through the electrics with me and narrowed it down to a dead ecu,,so ordered one of eBay ,when that came it fired straight up and then cut out as the immobiliser kicked in, I looked into getting it removed or fitting the standered immobiliser and getti

  17. Well 3 hours later the turbo is now off the bm ,,oil everywhere !! Will get pics up of the mess! At this rate I should get some time on the corrado next week .
  18. This is how she stands now ,currently swapping looms out to run obd2 c2 chip ,but I don't think it will be on the road this year now as my bmw daily has blown its turbo so that's gonna lighten my wallet a fair bit and take up any spare time I have fixing it ..

Sorry guys my isn't going to be road worthy in time ,,had a weekend in the lakes last week and blew the turbo on my bmw so all spare funds and pounds are going into that to get it back on the road as it's my main family car.. I will be there tho on Sunday so will come say hi...hopefully everyone else has better luck than me..
