    Thanks,,the paint isn't as good as it looks in the pics due to stone chips on the front edge of the bonnet and someone did a bodge filling job of the rear vw badge that has cracked and started to rust so this will all be sorted for next spring when I hope to get it back on the road.. I just need intercooler,oil lines and have to fabricate a full 3" exhaust and boost pipes ,I try to do everything myself on the drive,,,

    Hi I'm Russell I've owned my corrado for 6 years or so after my last corrado had to go due to rust issues... This time I went for the vr6 in dark burgundy pearl and fitted the coilovers ,all red rears and cream leather from my old car.. It's had a few engines in my ownership first original 2.9 vr wasn't running well so swapped that out for a rebuilt coilpack passat 2.8 lump this was great fitted a 6 branch,de cat and magnex exhaust and enjoyed that for a wile ,,I then wanted more from it so fitted a mk4 golf 4mo lump and smoothed the bay whilst I had everything out..     Yes will bolt straight on but you will need to change the drive flanges to 100mm ones ..

    what could be wrong??? i have a aaa vr with coilpack,its fitted with magnecore leads and new plugs ,iv cleaned the maf,isv and throtle body this has smothend up the running of the engine but it doesnt seam to have much power ,it revs but doesnt accelerate hard from stand still or if overtaking ??is this a coilpack issue???

    i have a corrado vr 93 early spec so has dizzy.,the engine needs changing and i have a coilpack version and wanted to know how to change my car to coilpack do i just ned the ecu?is thw wireing loom differant?or throtle body? hope someone can help:)

    i have a corrado vr6 on 189k and it wont start when i pulled the plugs out they were an oily mess,. so i was thinking of getting an obd1 golf vr lump to go in (as they are easier to find)wile i rebuild the 2.9., is it a straight swap?? thanks for any help,

    does this meen its the same for obd1 2.9 to obd1 2.8 as my rado has given up and its much easier to find a 2.8 then can rebuild my 2.9 when its out, hope the cams dont need swapping.,

    i have a 93 rado vr on 186k and it just feels down on power im going to give it a good service nxt week what should i change apart from plugs and oil,is there anything i should clean ,check??that could be saping pwer? im also restoring a mk1 golf so cant spent too much££ on rado at moment ,but once mk1 finnished i will be re building the vr engine and either turboing or s charging it ,just want it running well as its my daily driver at moment., cheers.,

    hi my mk3 vr 95 obd2 has started loosing a little water i cant see any leeks and there is no water in the oil and doesnt overheat or feel like its lost any power?? it has the black expantion cap and hear these can be troublesom ?? any ideas thanks russ.,
