  11. I have just ordered some wossner pistons and booked my block in for work to make it 3.0 litre so finally the ball is moving [emoji12]
  12. Just had the definitive answer from Vince at Stealth racing, the standard 12V VR6 crank is stronger than the R32 crank.

  15. You going to run a standard crank or something else ? I read a R32 crank is a good idea, and belive me I wanted the engine it's not a case of the money it's the principle for me I honestly want it to be my own I want to give it to my son one day and say I BUILT THAT [emoji23]

Well today was a proud moment I was offered fully built engine block, but turned it down because I want build everything so I can be totally satisfied and to that end I have booked my block in for boring to 82.5 and skimmed and cleaned and ordered a brand new set of wossner low completion pistons [emoji28] and I have been looking at some con rods but can't make my mind up [emoji848] can anyone recommend a good set ?
  17. One thing I have learned about rebuilding a car is don't believe a word about its service or maintenance, check it all [emoji106]
  18. I would recommend buying a vortech charger, and as for the work get your hands dirty and research properly and you should be fine.
