  1. Head and block are still in the shop i told them to take there time because I am going on holiday so work won't start up again till mid January until I get back so it's just hibernating at the moment.
  2. True the photo looks off but they are exactly the same length.

  5. Head finally off to get soda blasted and skimmed and tested and crank getting soda blasted, checked and balanced.

  13. Yeah I gathered he was the seller but I am very superstitious of buying parts from eBay, that is why I asked if anyone else has used them. I notice everyone replaces the OEM but I am building a car for track use and wondering about heat transfer so really my question is do they hold any amount of heat that would cause anything to be bothered about also do the seals last the same with the metal getting hotter ? I would buy one now if someone could provide me with a little info please [emoji106]
  14. Changing a water pump is not hard it should only take a few hours I say hours because it's a perfect opportunity to do a coolent flush, and make sure you get a metal one I found this plastic peace of crap in my engine.

  20. Your not wrong but they are the cheapest place to get reliable con rods,i have looked everywhere.
  21. Yeah I was looking at one on SP's website I am gonna buy my con rods from them so I am gonna get a high flow pump while I order the rods [emoji106]
  22. Starting to feel nervous [emoji16] hope the block has no cracks and also feel nervous leaving a brand new unwrapped set of wossner pistons [emoji30] they said 3 weeks for soda blast bored honed and decked. Please come back in good shape or i am stripping my other engine.
