so ur gettin battery voltage at the starter on the big cable, also getting battery voltage to the smaller wire when cranking and the earth is good yeah ?? not an auto is it ?? and it didnt help jumpin from another car no ??
rite the sniff test is also know as a block test just checks if u got exhaust gasses goin into the coolin system ... possible headgasket. and the pressure test u want is the one for the cooling system . u put the coolin system under pressure and check for small or big leaks ....
in the fuse bored in the drivers foot well behind the cover with two green squares ..... but cant remember which one it is.... when u trun the ket to crank feel them and feel if u can feel any clicking
i did have to look twice but thats wot the book says lol ... no worries mate anytime put a sopt of locktight on them as well if ur re usin if nto the new ones will already have it on
is there water comin out the small pipe to the expansion bottle ??? take the pressure cap off and check the water level when the engine is reved ... is should drop a bit if not pump gone .... just a few things check hope they help or could be the crank pipe leakin and runnin down to the pump tony
