  1. Got it put on the rollers but i need bigger injectors as it starts running lean after 5400rpm ... so i will get new injectors and a bigger fuel pump and have another go ....
  2. i hoping i can get the manifold to hold and then i can turn the boost back down - and know its not going to blow again.
  3. This is the first time the welds have broken since we fitted this manifold - i think i need those stainless steel pipes that you have got ... i didn't really want to have the piping made untill i could get the manifold to hold properly just incase i had to move the throttle for the new config ... But you are right the material needs to be thicker and i need stainless pipes....i measured the boost pressure before it popped 32psi @ 7500 rpm.
  4. The manifold is made from 6- 8mm ally plate , Thats what 2 bar of boost does unfortunately. you have to remember that this is only a prototype design we have a new version to put on this monday so stay tuned. what do you run pops ? do your pipes flex...
  5. Hi Phat, You are completely right we are looking at ways to improve the prototype all the time as you can imagine it was a lot of fabrication work just to get it this far but give us a couple of weeks and we should have it sorted.
