    no part numbers but i think the price for the seal over the top of the windscreen and down both a pillars was about £100 -£150 .... mind u that was a few years ago now havent look since

    well mine has gota be removin the gearbox to replaced my blown clutch and flyhweel and gettin covered in coolant !!!!! worked out that last time i fitted the gearbox i had got the two top bolts on the wrong places which craked the water jacket so now every time i have to take the box out i have to change the coolant lol .... tried to seal it up but no good lol

    u only need to gaskets for the upper and lower main and they aint that expensive .... one between the two mains and the one between the lower main and head .... ask y the tensnor need changin ???

    well they shouldnt charge u at all for stripping out if u didnt give then the go ahead but they will prob charge about an 1 - 1.5 hrs labour for the upper and lower mains, .... tell them that they can now put the new ones on for free as u did not ask them to change them just quote to change them ... or tell them to put the old ones back on and u dont expect to be charged for this and u want a discount for the sump, fliter and oil change .... where abouts in london u from and wot dealer did u go to ???/

    sorted ... yeah try to bleed it mate and check the cables make sure they are movin the blend doors etc etc

    it could do mate yeah when fillin , fill it up run engine then keep toppin up while havin the heaters on hot when u get the coerrect level put cap on and drive it .... that should get rid of any air locks ... ut im guessin u know how do that all this anyway lol

    steam comin out from under the bonnet aint good mate need to work out where its coming from fill it up run it and check for leaks .... if it comes out the over flow again try a new cap ... apart from that its back to basics look for leaks etc etc ... check fans are woking .... check water pump woking

    the pipes on mine do get quite hard but i got samcos aslong as they dont get rock hard like not able to move them or squeeze them shoudl be ok ,,,, as for aux water pump u do really need one as it flows the water around the head after the engines turned off which stop the head from warping over time ....

    check when cam belt was done, and general stuff like that, center box brackets break all the time chak that, to fix ur lookin around £100 from wot i remember ... err apart from that good motors
