    rite another quick up date im now dumping my braded fuel lines as the main feed line to the injector rail blew off on the M1 while pushing a 335i lol .... and the stalling and cutting out is still happening and have noticed is over fueling big time ..... black smoke the lot

    yeah you can fitt new crank and bearings any half good mechanic would be able to do it .... mite just need the crank re grinding and new bearings .... shouldnt need rods but yeah you can fitt new rods and bearings aswell .... hope this helps tony

[/quote'] i only used the loom from the fuse board to the engine so i didnt have to mess around with the whole car loom ...

    dont need to do any thign with the pedal box just fit a hyd clutch which is bolted to the bulk head ... its pretty easy but you do need a basic know how of wiring really as i had to cut and splice the two looms together as i was putting a 93 engine in a 98 car ... apart from that it shoudl be done and running in about 3 or maybe 4 weekends ... im always willing to help anyone that want to do ti adn ill come along in my cab so u can have a `one i made eailer ` to look at lol

    the rear axle is just better on a vr as it has a anti roll bar fitted adn the cabby prob wont ... i didnt do it when i frist doen the conversation but have now .... u only really need to swap the dics to convert it to 5 stud

    think im ok too ... just no confirmation on my hotel room yet so have been on to them today .... and same as jake the little fuel as possible wont be a prob lol ... ill only need to wipe mine down and wax it with my new stuff hope fully lol rite hotel is all sorted im in the holiday inn ill be helping jake and others to prob the bar up all nite .... who else is in the holiday inn ????
