    pretty easy mate, main off, cover off time the engine take the top chain cover off and take the top chain off remove cams fitt new beastys swap over chain sprockets re fitt chain ensure timming is spot on take plugs out and turn over about 4 time and re chack put all back together job done ..... mite be worth changing the followers depending on price ....

    ok ok ok im here .... well all it should cost u is the price of the cab and a smacked vr ( its very eas if you do have a complete donor car) ... just swap every thing over, engine and loom, gearbox, rear axle, brakes, suspension, clutch hyd, rad, front panels are the same, just need to take your time on the wiring really, if u wanna know any more just pm me mate or pop down one weekend and we can have a chat and ill show u mine ... oo err misses lol

    funny that i washed and waxed mine today too .... didnt clay bar it thou lol and cleaned the engine bay a bit aswell lol ..... wot time is everyone gettin there ???

    yeah about that mate there is a thread on here about replacing the rad that i done on a mate cars but cant find it lol ... as craing said bumper off cross member off rad out and new in cross member back on and bumper back on
