Yeah i know that all to well now. Ive had the Wiper arm and badge removed from the rear, The welding and smoothing job was a good one, just the spraying was crap.

The tailgate only needs sanding back and respraying, The quality of work is good as he showed me two of the cars that had just been finished. Put it this way, it cant be any worse than what it looks like @ the moment.

...thats what the bodyshops down here seem to do. :S I have been looking at getting some bits on the VR done after they werent done very well last year. Since my old bodyshop packed up and left the country about a month after 'finishing' my car i cant go back to get it repaired, so im trying to source another one. *-) Anyhoo, i have so far tried three well known companies in the area and this is what i was quoted for doing: - two doors - bootlid - roll rear arches. 1) £300 Cash 2) £500 Cash 3) wait for it...£1407.65 Now i do wonder how bodyshops work out the price. I will obviously be renewing, well worth the money IMO. I dont need a sticker or Tax disc holder as i have both already. How about some discount on a polo shirt?!

I know it seems quite trivial, but im looking for something thats going to give my tyres that "Wet look". Ive used a couple of products now and nothing seems to really do it. This is an issue having a black car and UBER shinny wheels, the tyres begin to look a bit faded... ...any ideas?

I just use Meguiars leather treatment, seems to do the job.

Im going out tomorrow to get my Meguiars clay bar to see its effects, hopefully the weather will be as good tomorrow so i can use it and post some pics up!

I have one. Both times the tape had ended and i was in the process of rewinding it hence why i was a witness. The bloke is getting a quote for me tomorrow. Just had words. Im worried about it not being the right colour now! Last year i had a full respray now im having little bits done

They live in the flat below me...they have said that they are going to get a quote by tomorrow for the initial incident, but now this has happened then i shall be expecting them to repair the whole lot, else i shall be making a full complaint to the police. Unfortunately its metallic and would require one side of the vr spraying if done properly.

In the last two weeks ive had the SAME person hit my car! The first time they reversed down the side of the VR and drove off, and then about 15minutes ago (from post beginning) i witnessed them opening their door onto my front wing! :@ Why are people so mindless and careless, they didnt even check to see what damage had been done. This is not what i need just before the show season! :@
