hi everybody, was just wondering who people insure their cars with? i am just coming up to 21 and as you can imagine getting insurance on a 2.8 v6 beastie is a bit of a bitch, are their any companies that are particularly kind to VR6 owners? any help would be greatly appreiciated cheers tomo

hi everybody, this is my first post, i am a student looking to lay my hands on a vr6 golf, i think they are the muts nuts and so much nicer than the tacky french crap all my mates drive about in ( saxos, clios, 106's etc). I am gonna have about 3 grand to spend so obvioulsy not much to work with, but i really want to get something thats gonna last, how bullit proof are the VR6 units? are they prone to serious power loss as the miles pile on? what are the things too look for when buying? most importantly what are they like to own, i read that when you drive with a lead foot the fuel consumption
