    I would recommend uniroyal rainsports, had them on my last golf and they were great in the wet, average in the dry though. other people may disagree, just my opinion.

    i have just replaced mine about a month ago, got it from my local motor factors for £101. car running sweetly. Try GSF (0208 917 3801 or www.gsfcarparts.com) or one of your local motor factors. There is more than one manufacturer for it, have heard bosch are best but more pricey. The plugs just pull away from the coil pack, get a screwdriver or something similar and gently prise/slide the rubber off, no special tool mate. If you have problems with coil pack removal or re-fitting just ask.

    Thats Awful, sorry mate, really am. As Steve @ said, eby might be handy for replacement bits... but also who ever stole the interior might be getting it for the cash and therefore might, might, put it on ebay!!

    Ud have to have a closer look matey, it could the mid section, or front pipe. Or even the cat as they are all around that position. chances are its been wearing for a while.

    I thought if you bought the resistor from awesome that the airbag syste would still work as you are just really completeing the circuit with the resistor. Id agree that by doing what i have done and removing the bulb, the system will be disabled!!

    its the wheels offset. when u go for alloys on the vr6 make sure they are ET35, anything else and this will involve you having to get adapters to make them fit.

    sometimes ebay do them. I think most folk customise their own (lettering coloured etc)

    yeh 17's will fit fine, i have 17's. I have 17's in 8" wide and im sure that when i lower it i will need to roll the arches, not sure if this is the case if you go for 7" ones.

    Did mine not that long ago, used a guide on here on how to do it (need to be a paid member to access it, £10 for a year, go on!!!) First you need to disconnect the battery and leave for about ten mins for system to disable (better safe than sorry). Then, im just going by memory here, i think it might be 13mm torx screw you need, to unscrew the two screws at the back of the steering wheel. this will allow the airbag unit to come out. You need to also unscrew the bottom part of the dash cover(where ur keys go into ignition, philips screw driver) to allow you to unplug/disconnect the airbag, its
