    Mates got a similar noise on his gti, we think its the speedo needle as you can see it very slighty vibrating/shaking. PS. Thanks for my leads claire, they look the business.

    Yeah, deeper is best, but it catches on quite a bit, mostly when you come off a speed bump...bloody things, whose idea were they anyhow...

    Know what you mean mark, been to quite a few shows in the past this'll be my first as a vr owner and my first meeting everyone off the forum. Just hope my car looks ok amongst all the fine examples on here, gonna be polishing from dawn till dusk tomorrow. Gotta give it the clay bar treatment too so that'll take at least an hour. Reckon my arm is gonna fall off.

    Got mine from euro car parts, £26 for the pair and are as good as what came off, well better really as the original one came off in about 16 pieces due to some cat who wasnt quick enough.

    yeah, i've got a couple hiding in my drivers leccy window. Go to put it up every now and then, gets half way up then decides it wants to go back down. i can live with it.

    The website states that its not just for gti's, but for all watercooled vw's. i think as long as you have the roundel up front....your in!! £15 admission which i assume is per person, never known one to be per car. Gates open at eight... Havent got a clue about the jet car....hope this helps.
