  16. Hi Guys Developed a strange noise a while ago which turns out to be air lock in the water circuit. I know the system bleeds to the header tank, but for some reason mines trapping air, evident in the intermittent noise coming from the aux water pump. I'm running Samco's and was wondering if anyone else suffered this prob? Any ideas on how to cure it? Cheers As
  17. cheers guys, yeah heard something about foam filters ages ago, will steer clear
  18. As title peeps, Mines had it, it's a cone type with a wire mesh holding the filter, and to say it's gone rusty would be an understatement. want to replace with something decent that won't rust and hold up under supercharger conditions? Suggestions?
  19. Looking good, just the spec that's on my wish list, minus a couple of blowers ;o)
  20. What a freaking monster this will be. Good luck on the build. Makes me wanna put off the house buy... Good luck with it fella
  21. Good luck Jim, hope you get this running. Got a couple of spare heads, if ya need one for parts give us a shout
  22. I've had a chat with the phirm about this recently as i brought the 280mm disc upgrade in the recent group buy. MK4 rear calipers use a bigger piston so should see improved braking with the right pads. Parts needed (afaik) are MK4 rear calipers and rear brake line with banjo (sp) connections. I'm not sure if it's an ar.se of a job to do, but i'm under the impression that it's not. I'll let you know how i get on
