    as title, want to know if anyone is using a bigger than standard battery, the one on mine is a 60 amp 280ah VW part number 1H0915105G, i think/know its fooked, as it goes flat after about 5 days even when its been on a run (or fully charged by charger), it started to play up a while back and now its forever going flat when i go to use it!!! it only has vw fit alarm/immobiliser, i am going to buy a new VW one this week and thought a bigger unit may help as i dont use it every day, if anyones using one does it fit in the battery tray ok? no problem with terminals reaching?, any thoughts appreci

    sometimes its the actual way the tyres made! apparantly all those red blue dots etc on the sidewalls mean lots of things to tyre fitters? i was told it is possible to put a tyre on "inside out" which can cause symptom you have, if both the tyres are fitted as opposites the effect is prevented, when i worked at volvo all the t5`s were coming in on warranty for the same problem and badly scrubbed tyres and apparantly this was the issue, move one of your wheels front to back see if it makes any difference mate? if notit could be one of the anti roll bar/link/radius arm bushes getting a bit weak?

    i dont think the fault is plugs on my car, mine are only 2000 miles old and are genuine vw vr6 plugs! i suppose it could be a HT lead breaking down every now and then under load? i have never changed them so could be? or as suggested a small crack in coil pack which gets more noticable when hot and arcs a bit when you rev hard at low speed? its only a minor blip when mine does it but it is deffinately acceleration/load related, it seems to happen if its gonna when slowing to a roundabout then putting it under load, it dont feel like fuel, i think it would be more obvious at higher speeds as i

    if anything i feel sorry for nerih, this guy robert appears to have bent over backwards to help him get and fit the charger, even at loss to himself it would appear after all the wrong bits and mapping etc, it would appear he "used" nerih as a "tool" to gain the trust & confidence of others on this forum? just like "seademon" mentioned "the old trickster" routine, i doubt any explanation will be offered by robert? but lets just hope the refunds are given soon, and even if it costs a bit more? people will get the chargers they wanted from a reputable dealer in the end! you cant "blame" C2 f

    I wouldn't say a real bargain as NS Racing wasn't fair of the mark. easy to say that now though- horse- gate- bolt ect, NSR has been around a good few years and would probably of liked the amount of trade UT was getting on these maybe even matched the

    Yeah come on guys i dont think Nerih is at fault here, he obviously got very excited (and still is?) about his supercharger, from his experience and dealings with UT (UNTRUSTWORTHY TUNING) this led to others doing the deals (well trying) as well, the only person in the chain who has failed is Robert, so he needs to GET ON HERE AND EXPLAIN HIMSELF, instead of hiding, and start to refund these peoples money, its always a dubious thing when someone asks for up front money for something, It usually means they have no credit or decent finances behind them, not a good recipe for success! but we all

    numpty tow eye "hook" should be in your spare wheel well with your tools and jack??? if its still there? just screws in mate behind os front fog blank, towing would definately be an issue without one!! mind if you do a proper job if you crash the front bumper wont be there anymore anyway ask cragsy!     mmm thats not an horendous price if its a goodun inc vat and delivered, shame they havent got the box too, the L reg one probably is risky, at least with the P reg one you will be able to do a straight swap, and you will have a chance to get the inlet manifold polished to sell on or keep and have fitted to yours?
